How to become a member:

• Give $250 or more to United Way annually
• Volunteer 24 hours / year in our community
• Select Young Leaders United on your employer’s pledge form or Indicate "Young Leaders United" in the comments section of the online pledge form www.forsythunitedway.org/donate.cfm.
